  4.  This DataType has been written especially for this Cloanto CD-ROM.

  6.  It may NOT be freely distributed and NOT published/distributed
  7.  anywhere else. It is also NOT allowed to be used on a server.

  9.  Additionally, usage of this DataType is covered by Cloanto's
  10.  general license for GIF/LZW products (see the corresponding
  11.  Legal Notes from Cloanto).

  14.  (Andreas_Kleinert@t-online.de) in 1997 for inclusion
  15.  with this Cloanto CD-ROM only.

  29.  Installation notes by Cloanto
  30.  
  31.  The DataType can be installed by copying "GIF" to "DEVS:DataTypes", and
  32.  "ppcdGIF.datatype" to "SYS:Classes/DataTypes". If the files are copied
  33.  using Shell commands, the GIF icon file ("GIF.info") must also be
  34.  copied manually (to "DEVS:DataTypes").

  36.  Users of Amiga systems with a 68030 or higher CPU can install one of the
  37.  special versions of the DataType, written to take advantage of new features
  38.  of these more powerful CPUs. The file to be used has a suffix indicating
  39.  the CPU it is optimized for ("ppcdGIF.datatype.030", "ppcdGIF.datatype.040"
  40.  or "ppcdGIF.datatype.060"), and must be renamed to "ppcdGIF.datatype"
  41.  once installed to "SYS:Classes/DataTypes".
